Boarding the shuttles is the same whether you’re leaving from a park-and-ride lot or a designated boarding zone on Boulevard René-Lévesque.

To board an RTC shuttle you must:

• Have a valid RTC ticket or $4.00 in change
• Identify the boarding zone corresponding to your destination
• Go to the end of the line*
• Wait for instructions from RTC agents before boarding the bus through the front door 

*Depending on where you take the shuttle, lines are identified by banners, fences, or cones. You must line up in order of arrival. If you’re not sure where the line begins, ask the RTC agents on site. 

The four shuttles run by RTC during the FEQ serve the following areas: Lebourgneuf, Sainte-Foy, Beauport and Charlesbourg. Each shuttle departs for Upper Town from specific locations where you can park for free. The departure point for each shuttle is identified in the Shuttles section above. 

On-site signage and RTC agents will help you quickly locate the boarding zone and line. 

The boarding zones for the four RTC shuttles are located at various points along Boulevard René-Lévesque, near the Québec City Convention Centre. You’ll find a map of the boarding zones in the Shuttle service section farther up this page. 

To make it easier to locate the boarding zones, RTC employees will have illuminated signs with the shuttle numbers clearly indicated. 

Several measures are being put in place to meet the high demand for public transit during the Festival d’été de Québec. 

First, regular service for Métrobus 800, 801, 805 and 807 and Route 11 will be enhanced for the entire festival. Then, starting at 9 p.m., shuttles serving the Lebourgneuf, Sainte-Foy, Beauport and Charlesbourg sectors will begin taking passengers back to the free parking lots. Shuttle service will end when there are no more passengers at the stops. 

In the event of heavily attended shows or if a show ends early, wait times may be longer. In all circumstances, our teams on the ground will make every effort to clear boarding zones as quickly as possible based on available resources.

We cannot guarantee that shuttles will be served by accessible vehicles or that shuttle boarding points will be accessible. However, Métrobus 800, 801, 805 and 807 and Route 11, which provide service to the FEQ, remain wheelchair accessible as usual. 

You can transfer on the platform at Stop 1263 toward downtown and at Stop 8002 toward Charlesbourg or Beauport. 

Transfers between M801 and M805 can also be made at the new Parc-Victoria terminal in both directions.
