The Titre scolaire

• The Titre scolaire is offered exclusively to eligible students from the following four school service centers: CSS de la Capitale, CSS des Premieres-Seigneuries and CSS des Découvreurs and Central Quebec School Board.
   
• The Titre scolaire allows unlimited travel, on all routes, from Monday to Friday, from the first regular day of classes, until June 30 of the following year. There is no cost to the student for the Titre scolaire.
   
• The student may purchase tickets or other transit fares on their photo OPUS card at any time for weekend travel, paying the applicable fare.
   
• The Titre scolaire is encoded on a photo OPUS card, which must be obtained first. The student can either use an already valid photo OPUS card or have one made on-site at an RTC Information Centre. The cost is $15 to produce a photo OPUS card.
   

Before going to an RTC Information Centre:

Make sure you have received confirmation of eligibility for the RTC transportation before obtaining the Titre Scolaire.
The school service center or school board will not reimburse any pass-related fees.

CSS Capitale : 

Starting August 18, 2025, at 1 p.m., confirm your integrated transport eligibility (RTC) on Mozaik-Portail Parents.
When the mention “Droit (RTC) (Intégré)” appears, the student is eligible.

CSS des Découvreurs : 

Starting August 11, 2025, confirm your integrated transport eligibility (RTC) on Trouver mon autobus.
When the mention “Transporté par le RTC” appears, the student is eligible.

CSS des Premières Seigneuries :  

Starting August 13, 2025, confirm your integrated transport eligibility (RTC) on Trouver mon autobus
When the mention “Transporté par le RTC” appears, the student is eligible.

Central Quebec School Board : 

An email will be sent to you during the week of August 11 to inform you of eligibility.
 

To obtain your Titre scolaire, go to one of our Information Centres:

1. Make sure you have confirmation of eligibility for the RTC (Integrated) right.
    
2. Bring with you :

• Official ID that shows your date of birth (e.g., health insurance card, passport)
• Printed and completed Formulaire de consentement signed by a parent or legal guardian (can also be completed on-site)
• Student file number
• Postal code
  
  If the student does not already have a photo OPUS card:
• $15 fee for card production
• Printed and completed Formulaire OPUS signed by a parent or legal guardian (can also be completed on-site)
• Note: The student must be present for the photo.
